The OKI 2024 Planning Committee is committed to providing a safe and respectful conference environment for all attendees, speakers, volunteers, and staff. Any form of sexual harassment, including verbal, physical, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated at our conference. This includes, but is not limited to, unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate comments or jokes, suggestive gestures, or physical contact. These rules are intended to explain the standard of behavior that we expect our attendees to adhere to at the OKI 2024 Conference. Please be advised that all participants will be held accountable to the above standards and are subject to the AICP Code of Ethics. Anyone experiencing or witnessing violation of the Ground Rules or sexual harassment at the conference should immediately report it to Kim Williams, Executive Director, at (317) 513-4116 who will promptly address the issue confidentially and take appropriate action, which may include removal from the conference. |
